Dr. Hultgren joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2015 as Executive Director and CEO. Previously, she was at the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate, working in chemical and biological defense technologies. She received her PhD in Physics and Astronomy from the Johns Hopkins University, and BA in Physics and Mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Catrina Bryant joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2011. As Program Manager, she oversees the Foundation's programs and annual Symposium. Prior to joining the Foundation, Catrina worked as Development Manager for a local nonprofit, and served on the board and as a strong advocate of a direct dollar campaign to provide science, technology and the arts to students in Orange County. She holds a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.

Nicole Patras joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2014 and is the Program Officer for the Beckman Young Investigator Program. Nicole’s background in event planning contributes to the coordination and administration of the Program, which provides grants to young faculty members to foster the invention of new methods, instruments and materials. Nicole holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Kaerie Ray joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2017 and is the Program Officer of the Beckman Scholars Program. Previously, she was Director of Development & Communications for a local nonprofit which provided treatment grants and college scholarships for student-patients. She received her MBA from Western Governors University, and BA in Psychology from Vanguard University.

Tiana Godges began working with the team in summer 2015. She provides support to Executive Director Anne Hultgren, in coordinating meetings, speaking engagements, and preparing agendas. Her eight years in the hospitality industry orchestrating corporate functions and elaborate social events has instilled beneficial skills that she applies to her daily work with the Foundation. Tiana holds a BA from CSULB.

Jackie Chamberlin returned to the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2017 as Finance Manager. Previously, Jackie worked in accounting and taxation at several large entities, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, public and private corporations, and foundations. Jackie is a CPA, holds a Masters in Tax from USC and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
