Announcing the Beckman Foundation Mentoring Program!

We are excited to share a new initiative based on input from our community: The Beckman Foundation Mentoring Program! We believe that by connecting our experienced scientists with rising talent, we can foster growth and strengthen our community. The success of this program depends on professionals like you. We are looking for folks to share their expertise, offer guidance and help others navigate their career paths. Your insights and experience are invaluable and this is a chance to make a direct impact on the next generation of scientists. 

We are committed to making this a rewarding experience for both the mentor and the mentee. The time commitment is flexible but we request that each pairing meet up once a quarter, either virtually or in-person. We’ll even pay for your coffee and provide you with resources and support to get the most out of your mentoring relationship!
