Johns Hopkins University Spotlights Beckman Foundation Partnership

In a July 11 article by Katherine Koman titled, "Beckman Foundation Unlocks Research and Careers that Change the World," the Johns Hopkins University spotlighted a partnership which supported more than a dozen research projects. Among those projects was work by BYI awardees Doug Barrick, PhD, and Yayuan Liu, PhD, both of whom were interviewed for a video produced by Tayjah Brown. The article's release coincided with JHU's recent addition of the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation to its Founders Wall monument, which celebrates supporters "who have matched Mr. Hopkins' $7 million estate gift to establish the university."
