Mike Burroughs Named Early Career Research Best Poster Winner by PMSE Division at ACS Spring 2025

Mike Burroughs, PhD (2022 AOB Postdoc) was recognized at the PMSE Best Poster Competitions at the 2025 Spring ACS Meeting in San Diego. His poster on Hybrid synthesis of bottlebrush DNA polymers for direct visualization at fluid–solid interfaces was named Best Poster for Early Career Researchers. His current research explores the multi-scale dynamics of polymers with complex architectures for applications pertaining to human health and sustainability and this particular poster explains how they are using bottlebrush DNA polymers to probe the dynamics of single molecules in flows that mimic biolubrication similar to what is found in the human body.
