AOB Postdocs Ariel Furst and Dayne Swearer Named in Chemical & Engineering News' Talented 12 for 2025!

Congratulations to 2016 AOB Postdoc Ariel Furst, PhD and 2019 AOB Postdoc Dayne Swearer, PhD for being named by C&EN as part of the 2025 Talented Twelve cohort! The Talented Twelve introduces early career scientists who use their chemistry knowledge to make real world impact. At her lab at MIT, Furst develops technologies to tackle crucial problems such as environmental remediation, sustainable agriculture and carbon sequestration. At Northwestern University, Swearer's team uses the kinetic energy carried by hot electrons to drive some of the world's most important industrial chemical reactions.
