Who Can Participate?
- Mentees must be a current or former Arnold & Mabel Beckman Foundation awardee.
- Mentors can be a current or former Beckman Foundation awardee, Executive Committee member, Scientific Advisory Committee member, Institute Director, or Board member.
Expectations are Simple
- Be respectful (and appropriate).*
- Communicate in a timely manner.
- Do your best to be helpful to one another.
- We request that mentoring pairs meet (at a minimum) once a quarter for one year. Meetings can be virtual or in-person. After one year, pairs can decide if they want to continue.
