Scialog: Automating Chemical Laboratories Teams Funded

The Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation, Research Corp of America and the Frederick Gardner Cottrell Foundation have partnered to award seven multidisciplinary teams of early-career scientists doing fundamental science to accelerate advances in automated laboratory technologies in the third and final year of the Scialog: Automating Chemical Laboratories initiative.

15 individual awards of $60k in direct costs will go to researchers from a variety of U.S. institutions, including 2010 Beckman Scholar Daniel Tabor, PhD and BSP Mentor Connor Bischak, PhD. Congratulations!
