Dr. Hultgren joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2015 as Executive Director and CEO.

Previously, she was at the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate, working in chemical and biological defense technologies. She received her PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Johns Hopkins University, and BA in Physics and Mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College.

Catrina Bryant joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2011 and is currently its Deputy Director, overseeing the programs team and annual Symposium.

She earned a BA in Social Ecology from UC Irvine in 1991. In 1996, she completed UCI's Certificate in Environmental & Land Use Planning, followed by UCI's Certificate in Human Resources Management. In 2017, she received the designation of Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Bryant is currently pursuing her MBA from Western Governors University.

Jackie Chamberlin

Jackie Chamberlin, CPA, CIMA

Jackie joined the Foundation in December 2014 overseeing the accounting, audit, tax, and investment tracking aspects of the Foundation operations.

Jackie previously worked at the Big 4 firms in their audit and tax departments, and several corporations and foundations as Controller. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Investment Management Analyst, and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.

Tim joined the Foundation in June 2023 to support grant making and finance.

He received two BAs and an MA degree at UC Irvine. From there, he spent two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer working in community outreach before working another 11 years doing non-profit management, development and grant writing.

Kaerie joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2017 and serves as Curator and Communications Director. Previously, Kaerie was Director of Development & Communications with a foundation providing medical treatment grants and college scholarships for student-patients.

She received her MBA from Western Governors University, BA from Vanguard University of Southern California, and graduate certificates in Museum Studies and Curation from Northwestern University and Sotheby’s Institute of Art, respectively.

Nilam joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2024 as Evaluation and Engagement Officer. Prior to joining the Foundation, Nilam served as a Grant Manager in the Physics, Mathematics & Astronomy Division at Caltech.

She earned her MBA from the University of Arizona and received a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Nicole joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2014 and serves as a Sr. Program Officer of the Beckman Young Investigator Program. Nicole also leads the Foundation's Steering Committee and oversees Foundation event planning.

She holds a BA from UC Santa Cruz her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Esther joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2019 and is the Program Administrator for the Beckman Scholars Program.

She received her BS in Psychology from Oklahoma City University. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a contractor at the FAA, assisting in human factors research prior to joining the Foundation.

Dani Skolnick joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2024 and is the Program Administrator for the Arnold O. Beckman Postdoctoral Fellowship.

She received her MPA (Public Management) from Arkansas State University and studied Child and Family Development for her undergrad at San Diego State University. Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as People and Culture Manager for Make-a-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Tiana joined the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation in 2015 and is the Foundation’s Executive Assistant, working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors. In addition to supporting front office activities, she serves in an alumni relations capacity and assembles the monthly newsletter.
