Dr. Jane Buchan, PhD

Dr. Buchan was one of the founding partners of PAAMCO, an Irvine-based investment management firm, and recently co-founded a new firm Martlet Asset Management. She joined the Foundation Board in 2021 and is currently the Chair of the Investment Committee.
